Pokerk Terms & Conditions – Read Before Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the pokerk platform and its services ("you" or "user") and the company operating pokerk ("pokerk", "we", "us").

By using the pokerk website (pokerk.ws), mobile application, or any related services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using pokerk's services.

These terms and conditions are written in Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive text.

2. Account Registration & Management

The following conditions must be met to open and maintain an account on the pokerk platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Online betting must be legal in your country of residence.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, pokerk reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the entire balance. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers will be treated as a serious violation.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact pokerk support immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

Pokerk may request identity verification documents at any time. KYC is typically required before withdrawals and after a certain transaction volume. The required documents are:

• A recent selfie (holding your NID)
• Proof of payment method ownership

3. Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on pokerk. Familiarizing yourself with them will make for a better betting experience.

3.1 Bet Validity

Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, that bet is considered final. If a bet fails to register in the system due to a technical issue, it will be treated as void and your stake will be returned.

3.2 Odds Rules

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply; any subsequent changes will not.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, the system will notify you.
• Pokerk reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds.

3.3 Event Cancellation & Suspension

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. Bets may be voided if an event starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time. For incomplete events, event-specific rules will apply.

All forms of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on pokerk. This includes arbitrage betting, match fixing, use of bots or automated software, and exploiting any technical vulnerabilities. If such activity is found, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

4. Payment & Financial Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on pokerk are governed by the following terms.

4.1 Deposit

Pokerk accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. Deposits are generally credited instantly. The minimum deposit is ৳500. pokerk does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Mobile banking transactions are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
